All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, preference, or delays once an order has been placed.


Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Carrier delays or customs processing.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Normal variations in color, texture, fit, or finish.
  • Wear, misuse, or improper care (e.g., damage occurring after washing).


Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Hxsain™ directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction or refusal of future service.


Item Arrived Defective or Incorrect

The only exception to our final sale policy is for items verified as defective or materially incorrect upon arrival. To prevent late-stage claims, the following strict conditions apply:

  • 7-Day Reporting Window: Any defect or shipping error must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Reports made after this 7-day period will not be considered.
  • Evidence Required: You must provide your order number and clear photographic and video evidence of the defect or the incorrect item received.
  • Resolution: If verified, Hxsain™ may issue a replacement or a refund at its sole discretion.
