Hxsain™ prepares each order individually to ensure the highest quality and consistency. Our shipping model is designed to prioritize secure, reliable delivery to our global community.
Regional Availability & Restrictions

Ashe Pillows: Due to specialized production requirements, ashe pillows are produced in limited quantities and currently cannot be shipped to the European Union, Norway, or the United Kingdom. All other apparel and items in our collection remain available for these regions.

High-Risk Zones: Service is currently suspended for regions experiencing active conflict or severe postal disruptions to protect our customers from loss. Countries include those affected by war.
Production & Preparation
- Timeframe: Orders are typically prepared and handed to our carriers within approximately 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Notifications: You will receive a personal confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order begins its journey.
- Estimates: Please note that preparation times are estimates. While we strive for speed, our individual preparation process may occasionally result in slight delays during high-demand periods.
Delivery Estimates & Tracking
- United States: Approximately 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- International: Approximately 3 to 21 business days after shipment.
- Verified Tracking: Full, door-to-door tracking is guaranteed for orders destined for: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, and Switzerland.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure each piece of your order is delivered as efficiently as possible, items may occasionally ship in separate packages . If your order is split, you will receive unique tracking updates for each individual parcel at no additional cost to you.
Customs, Duties & Carrier Responsibility
- Customs: International shipments may be subject to inspections, duties, or taxes determined by your local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carrier Transit: Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Hxsain™ is not responsible for regional transit delays or local carrier disruptions. We remain committed to your satisfaction and recommend contacting your local carrier with your tracking number for the most immediate updates.
Address Accuracy and Reshipments
Please verify that your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Hxsain™ is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or returned due to incomplete address data. If a package is returned to our studio for these reasons, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
